So this awesome guy, Paul , came up with Looney June for the whole month of June. Celebrating the Looney Tunes, or you know..just being Looney.

So to kick off this fabulous holiday, for my first post on the first day, I shall share information about what the first Looney Tune was! A lot of firsts there…

INTRODUCING *drum roll* BOSKO!

Sinkin’ in the Bathtub is the very first Warner Bros. theatrical cartoon short as well as the very first of the Looney Tunes series. It came out in black and white, in 1929/1930. Bosko was the first, famous cartoon character before there was a Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny or even Porky Pig.
